Understanding Your Agreement with the Platform

3. Responsible Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Caesars platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: using automated softwareor bots to interact with the platform; attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors; using the platform for any form of money laundering or fraudulent activity; sharing your account credentials with any other person; and creating multiple accounts to circumvent any platform policy or restriction. Caesars monitors platform activity and reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these conditions. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited without compensation.
